Returns & Refunds policy
GENERAL POLICY
At Pramod's Art Studio (pramodarts.in), I take great care in checking and packaging every original artwork to ensure it closely resembles the images displayed on our website. Therefore, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed — unless the item was damaged during shipping.
All damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for me to consider a refund. Please refer to the policy below for complete details.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Since we do not have a shipping partner integrated into our website at the moment, all artwork is personally packed and shipped by us with great care. We use protective materials and reliable domestic courier services to ensure safe delivery across India. It is recommended that the customer / buyer is available at the time of delivery.
DELAYED ACCEPTANCE & DAMAGE CLAIM POLICY
If the customer is unavailable to receive the package at the time of delivery and the courier has marked the item as delivered (with proof of attempt), Pramod's Art Studio is not liable for any damage that may occur after this point.
Any claims for damaged artwork must be reported within 48 hours of the first delivery attempt, not the actual time the customer opens the package. This is to ensure accountability and to support any possible courier-related claims.
We strongly recommend that someone is available to receive the package in person and that you record an unboxing video immediately upon opening, even if the parcel was received late.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISSED DELIVERIES
If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to the unavailability of any person at the provided delivery address, and the package is taken back by the courier service, Pramod's Art Studio (pramodarts.in) is not responsible for any resulting delays, damages, or liabilities.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery at the specified address. Any additional charges or complications arising from a failed delivery attempt—including re-delivery fees or return-to-sender charges—will be borne by the customer.
We strongly recommend tracking your shipment and ensuring that either the original recipient or a trusted family member or relative is available to receive the courier during the estimated delivery window.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If the artwork reaches you in a damaged condition:
Immediately inform the courier company at the time of delivery — this is crucial for processing any claims.
Email us at pramodsharmaarts@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Include clear photos of:
The damaged product
Outer packaging (with visible damage)
The unpacking process (an unboxing video is highly recommended)
We will investigate the matter and issue a refund if the damage is verified.
Note: In case of any disagreement or dispute, Pramod's Art Studio reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds. Requests submitted beyond the 48-hour window will not be eligible.
REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
Change of mind or personal taste
Insufficient proof of damage if filing for a return
The item is being returned after the prescribed timeframe of 48 hours
Incorrect address provided at checkout
Delayed delivery due to courier or logistical issues beyond our control
Custom or commissioned artwork
RETURN PROCESS (FOR APPROVED DAMAGED CASES ONLY)
Please follow these steps if your return is approved:
Email us at pramodsharmaarts@gmail.com explaining the reason for return. Wait for a return approval before proceeding.
Once approved, repackage the item securely using original packaging.
Enclose a handwritten note which is signed by you in the package with your:
Full name
Contact number
Email address
Reason for return (brief)
Use a trackable shipping method to return the item to:

Returns must be shipped within 48 hours of receiving return approval.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 48–72 hours.
The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Refunds will be made only in Indian Rupees and will match the original transaction amount.
DELIVERY DELAYS
You are entitled to request a refund in case:
You do not receive the delivery within the timeframe specified at the time of order or as stated in our policies.
However, the refund request must be made within the stipulated period through our official email. Delayed requests may not be accepted.
FINAL NOTE
All refunds are subject to compliance with our policies. We do not entertain refund or return requests beyond the timeframes mentioned above or in the absence of proper evidence.
